Incorporated in 1952 in CA - Founded by Lew and Edie Wasserman. The late Lew Wasserman was a prominent Hollywood agent and manager with Music Corporation of America (MCA). In 1995, President Bill Clinton awarded Mr. Wasserman the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
