Incorporated in 1945 in OK - Mr. Warren founded the Warren Petroleum Co. (a division of Chevron U.S.A., Inc.), manufacturers and wholesalers of liquefied petroleum gas and related products, and the Transwestern Pipeline Co., a subsidiary of InterNorth, Inc. He and his wife have contributed substantially to major civic fundraising drives and, under the auspices of the foundation, funded the construction and operational costs of Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, which opened in 1960
