Established in 2000 in CA - Founded by Tom and Kathleen Waits. Tom Waits is a blues/jazz singer-songwriter and composer. His best-known songs are "Jersey Girl," and "Downtown Train." Mr. Waits has been nominated for a number of major music awards and has won Grammy Awards for two albums, "Bone Machine" and "Mule Variations." Kathleen Waits, (professionally known as Kathleen Brennan), is credited as a co-writer and collaborator on numerous songs and projects with Tom Waits. Ms. Brennan is generally regarded as the catalyst for Waits's more experimental sound beginning with the album "Swordfishtrombones."
