Established in 1986 in RI - The van Beuren Charitable Foundation is a family philanthropy dedicated to protecting and preserving the unique characteristics of Newport County and improving the quality of life for its residents. The foundation is committed to furthering the good work of community-based nonprofit organizations that make a positive impact on the lives of its neighbors. To this end, the foundation focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of community partners working in three program areas: landscapes and the built environment, education and health.
