The purpose of the program is to promote, encourage, and stimulate interest in, and appreciation of, arts and culture in Marshall County by supporting arts organizations and facilitating collaboration among them.

Marshalltown Education Partnership

The partnership was created to provide incentives, motivation, and support to help students prepare for college. Upon graduation from high school, financial assistance in the form of scholarships will be awarded to eligible students to attend Marshalltown Community College. The outreach coordinator seeks out qualified potential applicants.
