Established in 1992 in DE and NY - Founded by the late Laurence A. Tisch, and James S., and Wilma S. Tisch. Laurence A. Tisch was co-owner of Loews Corporation and proceeded to diversify the business to include a hotel chain, a tobacco company, an insurance firm, and an offshore drilling company. He was also the C.E.O. of CBS television network from 1986 to 1995. His son, James S. Tisch, is currently President and C.E.O. of Loews Corporation.
