Purpose and Activities

Giving to assist in providing education for east Texas students attending a tax exempt school in Texas or Centenary College of Louisiana. Scholarship awards shall be given only to students who are United States citizens and who have resided in Harrison, Gregg, Marion, Panola or Upshur Counties, in Texas for 24 months. All eligible Harrison County residents will be funded before allocations are made to eligible students from other counties. Residence is determined as of Sept. 1 of the school year.
