Grants to Individuals Program

Scholarships to graduates of accredited Clackamas County, OR, high schools for study at Oregon public colleges or certain protestant-run private colleges. Student loans are also available.

Mertie and Harvey Stevens Memorial Scholarship

Presented to graduates from accredited high schools in Clackamas County, OR, for their first and fourth year of schooling, who enroll as full-time undergraduate students. Award recipients are also eligible for loans for their sophomore and junior years. Eligible schools include public colleges in OR or the following private colleges: Concordia, Corban, George Fox, Lewis and Clark, Linfield, Multnomah, New Hope Christian, Northwest Christian, Pacific, Warner Pacific, and Willamette. Required minimum cumulative GPA for high school seniors is 3.50 and for college students 3.0. For loans the minimum is 2.75. Loans are awarded at three percent interest for the sophomore and junior years of schooling.
