Trust established in 1939 in NY - Before his death in 1941, Mr. Sprague, the foundation's sole donor, served as president of F.H. Foster and Company, Inc., a Boston-based cotton-converting firm founded by his uncle, Francis A. Foster. After graduating from Norwich Academy, Mr. Sprague joined F.H.
