Established in 2004 in TX - Founded by Pat and Emmitt Smith. Emmitt Smith is a former professional football player who played for the Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals, and is the NFL's all-time rushing leader. Mr. Smith is the only running back to ever win a Super Bowl championship, the Most Valuable Player award, the rushing crown, and the Super Bowl Most Valuable Player award all in the same season (1993). He is also one of four running backs to lead the NFL in rushing three or more consecutive seasons. In 2010, Smith was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. In 2006, Smith won the third season of the television show "Dancing with the Stars."
