Interest-free loans to needy and worthy full-time undergraduate students enrolled in four-year higher educational institutions.

Grants to Individuals Program

Interest-free undergraduate student loans to TX residents and graduates of TX high schools for full-time attendance at TX colleges and universities.

Seibel Foundation Loan Program

Recipients are selected on the basis of need and GPA and SAT scores. Minimum SAT scores of 1000 (for top 25 percent of the class) or 1100-1200 (for bottom 75 percent of the class) are required. Maximum loan amount is $4,000. Loans must be co-signed. A minimum monthly payment of $35 must be made while in school. Funds are usually made to the student in two disbursements, half of the approved amount for each semester. Upon completion of an undergraduate degree, students will have six years to repay the loan. College students must maintain a 2.75 overall GPA.
