Established in 1992 in TX - Founded by David Robinson, a former NBA center who played his entire career for the San Antonio Spurs. He won two NBA Championship rings, two MVP trophies and was a ten-time NBA All-Star. In 1996, he was named one of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA history and in 2009 was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. Robinson was also on the 1992 US Olympic basketball team, the "Dream Team," that won the gold medal in Barcelona
