Trust established in 1976 in NC - Mr. Richardson, a manufacturing chemist, was at various times during his career president, chairman of the board, chairman of the executive committee, and honorary chairman of Vick Chemical Company, which changed its name in 1962 to Richardson-Merrell, Inc., and is now known as Richardson-Vicks, Inc. Together with his wife, Grace Jones Richardson, he also founded the Smith Richardson Foundation, Inc.
