Incorporated in 1945 in DE - Mr. Raskob was vice-president of the DuPont Co. and chairman of the finance committee of General Motors Corp., but resigned that position in 1928 to serve as the chairman of the Democratic National Committee. In addition, Mr. Raskob organized the corporation that financed and built the Empire State Building, completed in 1931. The Raskob Foundation for Catholic Activities, Inc., is a membership corporation
