Established in 1981 in NY - Founded by the late Tony Randall, who was a stage and television actor who appeared on stage in "Inherit the Wind," and was well known for his role as Felix Unger on the television show "The Odd Couple." In 1991, Mr. Randall founded the National Actors Theatre (NAT), which first performed out of Broadway theaters, then became the only professional theater company to be housed in a New York City university. Randall served as chairman of NAT until his death in 2004
