Scholarships awarded to high school seniors who either are presently attending a high school in Lake, Lorain, Richland, and Tuscarawas counties in OH, or Renssealaer County, NY, or any direct descendants (including adopted children, but not step children), of a person who by Aug. 1, 1987, had been a full-time employee of either The Mansfield News Journal, The Lorain Journal, The Luke County News Herald, The Dover/New Philadelphia Times Reporter, The Troy Times Record, or The Multi-Channel TV Cable Co., for at least two years.
