Grants to Individuals Program

Scholarships to graduates from Thurston County, WA high schools who plan to attend a public or private school.

Non-Traditional Scholarship

Non traditional scholarships are offered to Thurston County residents, but not limited to single parents, re-training workers for a career change, or individuals holding a degree (AA or AS) and returning to further their education. Applicants must have first year of degree or certificate coursework completed and an established plan for completion of future coursework. Applications are available at the financial aid offices at St. Martin’s University, South Puget Sound Community College, and The Evergreen State College.

Traditional Scholarship

Scholarships to high school seniors who plan to attend school in the State of Washington and have a 3.0 GPA. Scholarships are renewable for one year and can be used for any two consecutive years of undergraduate study.
