Background

Incorporated in 1951 in IN - Nicholas H. Noyes (1883-1977) was the first comptroller of Eli Lilly and Co. in Indianapolis, IN. In 1950, along with wife Marguerite Lilly Noyes, he established the family foundation to memorialize their son, who died tragically in 1939 at the age of 28
