Established in 2001 in TX - Founded by Stephen "Steve" Nash, a former professional basketball player. During his career he played for the Los Angeles Lakers the Phoenix Suns and Dallas Mavericks. He is an eight-time All-Star, five-time NBA assists leader, and four-time member of the 50-40-90 club.

Purpose and Activities

The foundation is dedicated to assisting underserved children in their health, personal development, education and enjoyment of life. The foundation awards grants to youth-focused organizations that foster children’s development by addressing underlying conditions of poverty, medical need, and restricted access to those resources that contribute to their well-being. The foundation looks for organizations that work directly with children, or those that work to benefit children through social change and policy reform.
