Purpose and Activities

Giving primarily for education and animal welfare. The foundation will also grant scholarships for college tuition to residents of low- and mid-income communities, whose names appear on the most recent owner's certification or compliance with HUD's tenant eligibility and rent procedures form. Residents must have a minimum of a C or 2.0 GPA at the high school or college level. All scholarships are paid directly to the college or university, and will be applied toward the payment of tuition expenses for 1-year.
