Scholarship Program

Employees of the following companies are eligible: Meehan Seaway Service, Ltd., Meehan Seaway Service of Milwaukee, Ltd., Meehan Overseas Terminal, Ltd., Meehan Overseas Terminal of Albany, Ship and Cargo Agency of Morehead City, Meehan Overseas Terminal of New London, 4400 Packaging, Inc., and Seaway Cartage, Ltd. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of scholastic achievement, standardized test scores, recommendations, and financial need. Scholarships may be used for full-time study at the undergraduate or graduate level. Scholarships cover the cost of annual tuition, up to $4,000 per year for up to four years. Recipients must maintain full-time status and at least a 3.0 GPA to be eligible for renewals. Applicants are notified of the scholarship committee's decision by mail.
