Established in 1991 in WA - The foundation was formed with the vision of its founder, Benn Martin, whose goal was to fund scholarships for students currently attending community college, who desire to complete their baccalaureate degree at the University of Washington. Martin was particularly interested in assisting students who have had a positive impact in their community.
