The foundation's mission is to better society by cultivating Servant First Leadership. The foundation believes that great leadership has the power to make the world a better place, and the foundation exists to offer leaders in the Pacific Northwest region the training, resources and support they need to experience both practical success and personal fulfillment in their leadership. The foundation provides quality training opportunities for leaders to develop their skills and receive valuable insights that will enhance their success. Training seminars and workshops are offered throughout the Pacific Northwest region on a variety of leadership topics. The foundation also produces articles and podcasts that address some of the pressing issues leaders face today.
