Established in 2008 - Founded by Jennifer Lynn Lopez and her sister Lynda Lopez. Jennifer "J.Lo" Lopez is a singer, actress, dancer and a judge on the American Idol panel. Her singing career includes the hits "If You Had My Love," the commercially successful albums "J.Lo," "J to tha L-O!: The Remixes," and "This Is Me..." In 2003, she won the American Music Award for Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist and in 2007 she won the American Music Award for Favorite Latin Artist. Her film career includes the leading role in "Selena" and co-staring role in "Out of Sight," both performances earned her the ALMA Award for Outstanding Actress.

Purpose and Activities

Giving to increase the availability of quality health care and health education for women and children, regardless of their ability to pay. The foundation will also focus on telemedicine, a healthcare delivery system that uses telecommunications technology to remotely treat patients.
