Background

Established in 1967 in NJ - Founded by the late Frank Lautenberg, who was a Democratic U.S. Senator from New Jersey. He served five non-consecutive terms in office, having served from 1982 to 2001, and from 2003 until his death in 2013. Prior to serving in the Senate, he was Chairman and C.E.O. of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., which is a global provider of integrated computing and business outsourcing.
