The fund's purpose is to provide funds through grants to students of its supported organizations. Applicant must be a resident of NC, SC or VA for a minimum of 12 months prior to entering school. Applicant must be preparing to enter the Baptist ministry or religious work in the Baptist denomination, and must be a member of a Baptist church, and enrolled in a Master's degree program.

Grants to Individuals Program

Scholarships to students enrolled in a Masters degree program, or to students enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry program at one of the seminaries or divinity schools, and plan to enter the full time Baptist ministry or religious work in the Baptist denomination.

Ministerial Student Grant Program

Grants to ministerial students who must be United States citizens and a resident of VA, NC or SC for a minimum of twelve months prior to entering any educational institution, where the trustees reserve the right to determine residency. Applicant must be a member of a Baptist church, be preparing to enter the Baptist ministry or religious work in the Baptist denomination, determined by the Board of Trustees.
