Legacy Heritage Fellowships

The program strives to encourage young adults to select a career in public service and to foster the development of a global community of outstanding leaders. The program awards fellowships to exceptional university graduates in North America, Europe and Israel who embark upon a year-long internship in governmental or major non-governmental nonprofit organizations. Mentored by senior executives in the organization where the fellow was placed and informed by specially designed educational seminars, the Legacy Heritage Fellows develop leadership skills and receive specialized training in international affairs, public service and public policy. The fellows are expected to continue on to graduate school and thereafter assume leadership positions in the public sector where they will be involved in public policy.
