Established in DE and NY in 1998 - Founded by Melvin "Mel" Karmazin, a radio and television business executive. He is co-founder and President of Infinity Broadcasting Corp. He is the former C.E.O. of Sirius/XM Radio, the holding company for two satellite radio services. Karmazin has been inducted into the Broadcasting Hall of Fame and the Radio Hall of Fame. He is a recipient of the National Association of Broadcasters National Radio Award and the IRTS Gold Medal.
