Tanner-Vandeput-Boswick Burn Prize

The prize is awarded to a person (or persons) who have made an outstanding contribution to any aspect of the burn care field. This could be a specific achievement or might represent a body of work over a period of years. Colleagues may make nominations, or a candidate may make application on their own behalf. The recipient does not have to be a member of the ISBI nor a physician, but be responsible for major advancement of the field of burn care. The prize consists of a gold pin, and a cash award in the amount of approximately $100,000. The prize is presented every four years.
