Trust established in 1942 in TX; incorporated in 1953 - Mr. Hoblitzelle was president of Interstate Theaters, Inc. and Texas Consolidated Theaters, Inc., as well as Chair. Emeritus of the Republic National Bank of Dallas and the head of Hoblitzelle Properties, Inc., a large real estate holdings concern in the Dallas area. He was very active in community affairs and served on the boards of many Texas cultural, educational, and civic organizations
