Established in 1981 in IL - Founded in the name of the late Lynne Cooper Harvey, who was a producer of the radio program "The Rest of the Story" and the first producer to enter the Radio Hall of Fame in 1977. Her husband, the late Paul Harvey, was a radio broadcaster for the ABC Radio Networks. He was elected to the National Association of Broadcasters Radio Hall of Fame, received eleven Freedom Foundation Awards, the Horatio Alger Award and, in 2005, he was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
