Background
Established in 2014 in OH - The Foundation was formed in 2014 as a result of a legacy gift from the Estate of Thomas J. Gray. Having been actively involved in Boy Scouting for 85 years, Tom was well known for his mentorship of the young men in the program. His influence through various roles in the program have assisted thousands of young men in pursuing, and achieving, their goals
