Good Samaritan Foundation Nursing Center (GSNC)

Established in 1998, GSNC is a partnership between the Good Samaritan Foundation and the UK College of Nursing. The Center better organizes and utilizes foundation funded internships and fellowships to deliver direct primary and preventative care to vulnerable populations. It also develops referral networks and community care professionals, as well as provides health education, health assessments, and outreach programs. The grant includes: Nurse Practitioner Fellowships, Community Health Nurse Interns for Direct Health Care and Community Health Interns for School Health Education.
