Incorporated in 1918 in VT - The foundation was started by Emma Eliza Curtis upon her death to provide financial scholarships for "worthy and in need" young people of Vermont.

Purpose and Activities

Provides undergraduate scholarships to Vermont high school graduates, who are nominated by a Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC) outreach counselor, who will attend an accredited postsecondary school approved for federal Title IV funding, who are enrolled in an undergraduate associate's or bachelor's degree program, and who demonstrate financial need.
