Freeman Foundation Assists Community with Extra Support (F.A.C.E.S.)

This mini-grants program was created and sponsored by the Carl M. Freeman Foundation. The F.A.C.E.S. program was established in 1960, and is designed to find and fund the smaller, overlooked projects in neighborhoods. Since 2000, the F.A.C.E.S. program has distributed grants to local, nonprofit organizations in Montgomery County, MD, and Sussex County, DE, that support seniors, children and adolescents in the areas of education, athletics/recreation, and health and human services.
