Established in CA - Founded by Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong and Michele Chan. Mr. Soon-Shiong founded American Pharmaceutical Partners (APP), which he sold to Fresenius for $3.7 billion in 2008. He was also the Chairman of Abraxis BioScience, which was sold to Celgene in 2010 for $2.9 billion. Michele Chan is an actress who is known for her roles on the 1980s television shows "Hotel" and "Danger Bay."
