Undergraduate scholarships to full-time students attending Los Angeles County colleges and universities,.

The Ebell/Flint Scholarship

The Ebell scholarships are awarded on the basis of character, scholarship and financial need. The applicants must be U.S. citizens and residents of Los Angeles County for one year or more. They must attend an accredited Los Angeles County educational institution and demonstrate community commitment. Applicants must continue to maintain a cumulative 3.25 GPA and each year must successfully complete a minimum of 24 units (semester system) or 36 units (quarter system). Awards are made for a maximum of three years or until completion of all required course work for the bachelor degree, whichever comes first. The award for two-year schools, such as a community college is $3,000, and for a four-year college and university the award is $5,000.
