Established in 1990 in CA - Founded by Michael Douglas, an actor and producer. He starred in the television show "The Streets of San Francisco" and in such movies as "Romancing the Stone," "Fatal Attraction," and "Basic Instinct." In 1975, he won an Academy Award as producer of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" and in 1987 he won an Academy Award for Best Actor in "Wall Street." In 2009, he received the AFI Life Achievement Award, and in 2013, Douglas won an Emmy Award for his portrayal of Liberace in "Behind the Candelabra."
