Established in 1986 in CA - Founded by Barry Diller, chairman and C.E.O. of IAC and the media executive responsible for the creation of Fox Broadcasting Company and USA Broadcasting. His wife, Diane von Furstenberg is a fashion designer best known for her hallmark wrap dress. Ms. von Furstenberg has also published her memoirs, "Diane: A Signature Life," and in 2005, the Council of Fashion Designers of America awarded her a lifetime achievement award. Barry Diller and Diane von Furstenberg have committed to The Giving Pledge, and have pledged to give away at least half of their wealth to philanthropy.
