Building Organizational Effectiveness

The goal of this initiative is to provide non-profit organizations with continuous learning and improvement opportunities. Currently non-profit organizations serving the CMF region can avail themselves of the following programs through the foundation: 1) Organizational Assessment and Action Planning; 2) Technical Assistance Grants; 3) Seminars and Workshops; 4) Management Association of Illinois Sponsored Memberships; 5) Grants from the Taproot Foundation, an innovative partnership of corporate professionals who volunteer their time to provide assistance to non-profit organizations in the areas of marketing, information technology; and 6) Executive Coaching. Healthcare Access Program (HCA)

This program addresses healthcare access issues and raises public awareness within the communities that it serves. See foundation web site for additional information.
