Purpose and Activities

The purpose of the foundation is to enhance the quality of life through grants to charitable organizations. The foundation supports organizations in the following areas: 1) Education, with emphasis on charter schools, advocacy, and teacher/leader development; 2) Danbury Area, with emphasis on services for homeless and elderly in the Danbury, CT region; 3) Land Conservation, with emphasis on land conservation and smart growth in the Hudson River Valley; 4) Medical, with emphasis on patient services and pharmacy services in New York City's 5 boroughs; and 5) STEM & Scouts, with emphasis on out-of-school time learning experiences. .
