Established in 1969 in TX - Founded in the name of the late Maureen ("Little Mo") Connolly Brinker, the first female tennis player to win all four Grand Slam tournaments in the same year. An accident while horseback riding in 1954 ended her tennis career at age 19. She was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 1969 and the International Women's Sports Hall of Fame in 1987.
