Incorporated in 1947 in NY - Founded by the late Irving Berlin, the songwriter who composed "God Bless America," "White Christmas," "There's No Business Like Show Business" (which was written for the musical "Annie Get Your Gun"), and "Alexander's Ragtime Band," among many others songs. In a partnership with theatrical producer Sam Harris, Mr. Berlin built Broadway's Music Box Theatre which opened in 1921, and at the time, it was the only Broadway theatre built to accommodate the works of a songwriter, as it was home to Berlin's "Music Box Revue" from 1921-1925. An exhibition paying tribute to Berlin remains in the Music Box's lobby.
