Established in 1997 in CA - Founded by Carole Bayer Sager, an Academy Award and Grammy winning lyricist, songwriter, and singer, who is known for penning such hits as "A Groovy Kind of Love" and "That's What Friends Are For," which she co-wrote with Burt Bacharach. As a singer, her album "Carole Bayer Sager," featured her hit song "You're Moving Out Today," which she co-wrote with Bette Midler. Her other albums include "...Too" and "Sometimes Late at Night." Ms. Sager also wrote the lyrics for the Broadway musicals "Georgy" and "They're Playing Our Song," as well as was a featured lyricist for the musical "Dancin'." Sager was also a featured songwriter for the musicals "The Madwoman of Central Park West," "Barbara Cook: A Concert for the Theatre," and "The Boy from Oz."
