The mission of the foundation is for the betterment of Ashtabula County, OH, through the administration of funds consistent with the intent of donors to address the significant needs of Ashtabula County. Scholarships to residents of Ashtabula, OH, who are graduates of Ashtabula high schools for attendance at an accredited institution of higher learning.
