The foundation's mission is to provide leadership for the enhancement of animal welfare through charitable, scientific, and educational means. Its vision is to transform the relationship between human beings and all animals, for the betterment of both. Giving for animal welfare, especially to prevent cruelty to cats and dogs; also to promote pet population control, provide for humane treatment education, and expand scientific inquiry.
