Incorporated in 1937 in OH - Mr. Kulas, one of Cleveland's leading industrialists, was president of the Otis Steel Co. and Midland Steel Products Co. Before his death in 1952, he was an active patron of the arts and served as vice-president of the Musical Arts Association, which operates the Cleveland Orchestra. Mr. Kulas' will provided for large bequests to musical organizations in Cleveland. Mrs. Fynette Kulas shared her husband's devotion to music appreciation and education, which continues to be reflected in the foundation's giving pattern
