Established in 1979 by the founders, Carl and Paula Koch, the foundation uses its endowment to support evangelization activities of the Catholic faith. Officers and directors of the foundation consist primarily of family members. Over the years, the foundation has committed more than $200,000,000 to Catholic organizations worldwide.
