Purpose and Activities

The foundation seeks to support and promote the cultivation and growth of forests as a natural resource, and to support and promote educational activities which develop and implement systemic forest management information for the production of timber products, and at the same time, promote conservation of such natural resources, and to foster ecological development of co-existence between timber resources and distributions of human, social and cultural patterns. Priority is given to Auburn University's School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences, Lyman Ward Military Academy, and government and related agencies, education systems and charitable entities within Covington County, AL.
