Purpose and Activities

The organization regulates the St. Louis Student Transfer Program, which facilitates the transfer of city students into suburban districts and suburban students into magnet schools in the city, in the hopes of eliminating the effects of economic and social segregation.


Established in 1999 in MO; supporting organization of Affton, Bayless, Brentwood, Clayton, Hancock, Kirkwood, Ladue, Lindbergh, Mehlville, Parkway, Pattonville, Ritenour, Rockwood, Valley Park, Webster Groves, and Special School Districts, and St. Louis Public Schools
